When I was photographing different locations in Oahu, Hawaii, I was struck by how the island shed it's sunny clothing quickly and with abandon come sundown. The island is replete with dark stories of angry ghosts and vengeful Gods and Goddesses. This photograph captures the moment of transition between carefree day and ghostly night.
